Will ISIS spread in the European countries ? 

At the last periods we have seen a lot of pages on Facebook are frightened of the stealth of ISIS elements into Germany

and this picture says that a guy was an ISIS member in Syria
and Then He is Migrant in Germany

so the Question is .

Will ISIS spread in the European  countries ? 

Or

Will we hear about blasts and suicide attacks in the news ? 

especially which accept receiving an enormous numbers of migrants  

so What procedures should the European countries take to prevent the penetration of ISIS into their countries ?
